A-1 Breakout Operator

Audio

Manages AV operations for breakout sessions at events. Responsibilities include setting up and operating AV equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring presentations run smoothly.

A1-Audio Engineer

Audio

Responsible for the overall sound quality at an event or recording. Tasks include setting up microphones, mixing sound levels, operating soundboards, and troubleshooting any audio issues that arise during a performance or recording session. They ensure that the audio is clear and balanced for both the audience and performers.

A1-FOH Operator

Audio

Manages the main soundboard and controls the audio mix that the audience hears. Responsibilities include adjusting levels, equalization, and effects to ensure optimal sound quality. Works closely with the performers and other technicians to balance the mix of instruments and vocals.

A1-GS Operator

Audio

Handles general stage audio operations, which can include setting up and maintaining microphones, speakers, and other audio equipment on stage. They assist the main audio engineer and ensure that all stage audio elements function correctly.

A1-Monitor Engineer

Audio

Focuses on the sound that performers hear through their monitors on stage. Adjusts levels, equalization, and effects to provide each performer with a personalized mix that helps them perform their best.

A1-RF Supervisor

Audio

Manages all wireless audio equipment, ensuring that there are no frequency conflicts and that all wireless microphones, in-ear monitors, and communication devices operate smoothly. Responsible for frequency coordination and troubleshooting RF issues.

A2-Audio Technician

Audio

Assists the primary audio engineer with setup and operation of audio equipment. Responsibilities include running cables, setting up microphones, troubleshooting audio issues, and ensuring high-quality sound.

A2-RF Technician

Audio

Assists the RF Supervisor in managing wireless equipment. Responsibilities include setting up, testing, and maintaining wireless microphones, in-ear monitors, and other RF devices. They ensure that all wireless equipment is functioning properly and resolve any interference issues.

A3-Audio Assist

Audio

Provides additional support for the audio team. Tasks include assisting with equipment setup, monitoring audio levels, and troubleshooting issues under the direction of the primary and secondary audio engineers.

ATEM Switcher Operator

Video

Operates the ATEM video switcher, responsible for live switching between different video sources during a production. Tasks include setting up the switcher, selecting the appropriate inputs, and ensuring smooth transitions between video feeds.

Absen LED Programmer

LED

Programs and configures Absen LED displays. Tasks include setting up LED panels, calibrating colors and brightness, and creating video content layouts. They ensure the LED displays are visually stunning and functioning correctly.

After Effects Operator

Video

Creates and manages motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects. Responsibilities include designing animations, compositing video footage, and preparing graphics for live events or recorded content.

Allen & Heath Operator

Audio

Operates Allen & Heath audio mixing consoles. Tasks include setting up the console, adjusting audio levels, applying effects, and ensuring high-quality sound for live performances or recordings.

Arena Rigger

Rigging

Specializes in rigging for large venues like arenas. Responsibilities include setting up rigging points, installing equipment, and ensuring safety and stability of rigging structures.

Ascender Operator

Video

Manages the Analog Way Ascender video switcher/scaler. Responsibilities include setting up video sources, managing video transitions, and ensuring the proper display of video content across multiple screens or projectors.

Assistant Producer

Production

Supports the producer with various tasks. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, managing schedules, assisting with budgeting, and ensuring communication between departments.

Asst Stage Manager

Production

Supports the Stage Manager in coordinating all aspects of a production. Tasks include managing backstage activities, cueing performers, handling props, and ensuring smooth transitions between scenes.

Audience Polling Operator

Video

Manages audience interaction systems during events, such as polling or Q&A sessions. Responsibilities include setting up polling software, monitoring audience responses, and displaying results in real-time.

Avolites Saphire Operator

Lights

Operates the Avolites Sapphire lighting console. Tasks include programming lighting cues, controlling lighting fixtures, and ensuring dynamic and synchronized lighting effects for live events.

Basket Rigger

Rigging

Focuses on rigging tasks that involve basket or truss systems. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining rigging equipment, ensuring safety, and assisting with other rigging tasks as needed.
